Project management and coordination

This work package contains the scientific and administrative coordination of the project. It includes an exchange of information and coordination of the cooperation of the project partners, promotion of the scheduled progress of the project work, timely achievement of the project milestones, the observance of reporting obligations towards the project sponsor, organization of events, and the communication of project contents and results.

All project partners contribute to the administrative tasks, such as the fulfillment of reporting obligations and cooperation in the organization of events, and the communication of project content and results.
